一。1.按载荷试验法确定地基承载力特征值。对于设计等级为甲级的建筑物或地质复杂不均匀的情况,采用现场荷载试验法可取得较精确可靠的地基承载力数值。2.原位测试法确定地基承载力特征值。(1)静力触探,适用软土,一般黏性土,粉土,砂土和含少量碎石的土。(2)标准贯人,适用砂土,粉土,粘性土。3.按公式计算法。当偏力矩小于或等于0.033倍基础底面宽度时,根据土的抗剪强度指标确定地基承载力特征值。4.按经验法。对于设计等级为丙级的次要的轻型建筑物可根据临近建筑物的经验确定地基承载力特征值。
二。 若基础上作用的荷载是倾斜的或有偏心的,基础的埋置较深,计算时需要考虑基底以上土的抗剪强度影响时,地基承载力可用汉森公式法计算。
