水平支撑和垂直支撑宜布置在同一区间内,且宜布置在边跨或者倒数第二跨内,支撑之间的间距宜45m~60m布一道。这是布置的基本原则。
对于水平支撑,与梁的夹角宜为45°,在支撑与梁的连接处应布置有刚性系杆,水平支撑的大小应根据山墙的风荷载来计算其大小。对于门式钢架水平支撑应布置在梁上翼缘,对于桁架,上弦和下弦都应有水平支撑。
对于垂直支撑,一般有大于5t的吊车时,应该布置为刚性支撑,否则,可以为柔性支撑,柔性支撑可以用Φ20~30的圆钢,刚性支撑可以用双拼的角钢。垂直支撑的计算可根据山墙风荷载的大小来计算,计算方法及过程从略。。
