一、通过原材料降低水泥硬化过程中的水化热,如采用矿渣水泥、掺矿渣等;
二、降低入模温度,如在搅拌砼时加冰块,用湿草袋包裹泵管;
三、加强温度监测,可采用电阻测温或预埋测温管测温;
四、加强保温,防止环境温度与砼表面出现较大的热交换而砼表面出现裂缝,防止砼表内出现温差大于25度而表面出现裂缝;
五、可加强散热,在砼内预埋循环水管,在表内温度差接近25度时,采用循环水将热量带出来。
六、监测至砼内部温度与环境温度差小于25度时方可。
控制混凝土温度的措施
1拌合混凝土时加浆或用冰将碎石冷却以降低混凝土的浇筑温度;
2在混凝土中埋设冷却水管对混凝土内部进行降温;
3规定合理的拆模时间,气温骤降时对混凝土表面进行保温,以免混凝土表面发生急剧的温度变化.
