构造柱钢筋要先起来,砼可以等墙砌完后再浇筑。芯柱是指在多层砌块砌体中,在砌块孔洞中浇注混凝土而形成的柱。
芯柱是承重竖向构件,构造柱为提高整体稳定性作用.
芯柱与砌体共同承受荷载作用,在结构上要与砌体一道参与受力计算,构造柱仅是构造需要设置的,按标准图集或规范设置,不参加受力计算。
构造柱的主要作用有一下三点:
1、构造柱能够提高砌体的受剪承载力10%~30%左右,提高幅度与墙体高宽比、竖向压力和开洞情况有关;
2、构造柱主要是对砌体起约束作用,使之有较高的变形能力;
3、构造柱应当设置在震害较重、连接构造比较薄弱和易于应力集中的部位。
